How Returns Work
If you’re not 100% satisfied with a product, here’s what to do:
- Shoot us an email at support@drsquatchsoap.com
- Tell us what’s up – which product didn’t work for you and why
- Include your order number if you have it handy
That’s it! No need to ship anything back, print return labels, or visit the post office. We trust you.
What Happens Next?
Once we get your email, our team will review it and get back to you, usually within 1-2 business days. We’ll offer:
- A replacement item
- A refund to your original payment method
- Store credit if you prefer
Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank.
Common Questions
“Can I return a product if I used some of it?”
Yes! We want you to actually try the product. If it doesn’t work for you after giving it a fair shot, we’ll still take care of you.
“What if it was a gift?”
No problem. We don’t require a receipt, just let us know it was a gift when you contact us.
“Any products you won’t take back?”
We accept returns on all products. That said, if you’re working on your fifth return, we might need to have a chat about finding products that better suit your needs!
“What about subscription orders?”
Same policy applies! Plus you can skip, swap, or cancel subscription items any time from your account.
